Senior Full Stack Engineer

📋 Description

• Architect and build full-stack features for Go backend and React/TypeScript frontend
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security for government/enterprise clients
• Contribute to internal tooling, testing infra, and AI-assisted workflows
• Own testing strategy across frontend and backend code
• Design and consume REST and WebSocket APIs with solid networking fundamentals
• Contribute to Mattermost's open-source codebase

🎯 Requirements

• Strong full-stack experience in Go and React or equivalent stack
• Experience designing/consuming REST and WebSocket APIs
• Relational DB experience, PostgreSQL, schema design, query optimization
• Hands-on with AI coding agents for scaffolding, refactors, review, tests
• Bias toward shipping and owning complex software end-to-end
