Senior Full Stack Engineer, Enterprise, Feature Management

📋 Description

• Own features end to end: framing, design, implementation across backend and frontend, rollout, and
• Design for enterprise constraints: permissions, approvals, audit trails, data residency, and
• Address scale and performance limits before customers impact, and drive design changes.
• Extend public API, Terraform provider, and configuration surfaces for platform‑level operations.
• Engage with customers during escalations and discovery calls to generalize individual issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with end‑to‑end feature delivery.
• Strong full stack ability: Go backend and TypeScript/React frontend.
• Experience building for enterprise customers: multi‑tenancy, SSO/identity, audit logging
• Proven ability to identify bottlenecks, measure impact, and redesign rather than patch around
• API design judgment and experience building interfaces relied upon by other engineers.
• Comfort talking to customers and translating needs into scalable solutions; collaborative across
