Senior Full Stack Engineer, Integrations VistA

📋 Description

• Design, build, scale, and support healthcare integrations using REST-like APIs, FHIR, OAuth 2.0
• Develop and maintain VistA integrations ensuring security, privacy, reliability
• Build real-time and batch data integrations for healthcare partners
• Collaborate with health system customers and external partners
• Enhance systems with new functionality, stability, performance, security
• Work with engineering, implementation, product, ML, infra, design, support teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years delivering integrations for large enterprise customers
• 2+ years hands-on VistA integration experience
• Experience with mPage Workflow, Dynamic Documentation, and CCL
• Strong experience with REST-like APIs, FHIR, OAuth 2.0, and mTLS
• Healthcare data integrations familiarity; EHR systems like Oracle Health/VistA valued
• Node.js/TypeScript and Google Cloud Platform knowledge or quick learner
