Senior Full Stack Engineer (Realtime & Voice) Customer Experience Platform

📋 Description

• Own the voice channel end to end, incl. telephony and CPaaS integrations (Twilio, Amazon Connect)
• Streaming speech-to-text and text-to-speech pipelines
• Realtime model orchestration with latency and quality budgets
• Web chat front ends in React/TypeScript; backend in Scala and Python; infrastructure on GCP
• Design for multi-tenant scale with one codebase sharing/configuring partners
• Maintain safety/compliance plumbing: guardrails, content filtering, PII redaction

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years software engineering; senior ownership of production systems
• Hands-on realtime systems: voice apps, WebRTC/SIP, streaming media
• Strong frontend (React, TypeScript); backend (Scala or JVM, and/or Python); cloud (GCP or AWS)
• Experience designing RESTful APIs, microservices, or event-driven systems
• Familiarity with AI coding tools; ability to review and own what ships
• Operable-systems mindset: SLAs, observability, on-call, rollback plans
