📋 Description

• Own end-to-end domain: API design to production UI
• Architect domain, ensure quality, and manage technical debt
• Write tests and ship to production; accountability for outcomes
• Work with agentic tools in AI-native operations
• Collaborate with product managers; document decisions
• Experience with multi-tenant, high-load systems

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years of commercial full-stack development
• Strong Python/Django/DRF with Postgres under real load
• Production-level React and TypeScript experience
• Own a domain: architecture, quality, tests, debt
• Self-directed work with product managers; no intermediaries
• Russian as primary language; English professional level
