Collaborate with product and design to iterate on new features.
Mentor junior engineers and drive timelines while maintaining quality.
Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code.
In-person: 5 days/week in San Francisco.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of software engineering on complex platform products.
Fullstack Go/Python backend and React + TS frontend.
Strong DB knowledge: Postgres and Redis.
Experience designing and scaling high-performance APIs.
Get stuff done; ship fast and iterate on feedback.
Strong communicator with stakeholders and customers; ownership mindset.
