Senior Fund Implementation Associate (M)

📋 Description

• Implement fund structures, calculations, and workflows on the platform.
• Own substantial pieces of complex implementations end-to-end with minimal oversight.
• Identify edge cases and propose solutions beyond task execution.
• Guide Associates on specific pieces of work.
• Collaborate with U.S. Implementation, Product, and Engineering teams on testing and issues.
• Refine evolving implementation processes to adapt to changing workflows and tooling.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in private funds accounting, private funds operations, or implementation.
• Experience implementing software, systems, or processes from spec to live.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, CS, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken, with cross-border teamwork in the U.S.
• Comfort handling complex fund structures and scalable solutions.
• Experience with large data sets and attention to detail.
