Senior FX Product Manager - Hedging Conversion

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end conversion journey into hedging.
• Build guided journeys and lifecycle workflows to convert clients to hedging and policy usage.
• Collaborate with CPMs, Sales, Data/Analytics, Design, Engineering, Compliance/Risk, and clients.
• Develop decision tools to help clients and CPMs understand exposure and make informed hedging calls.
• Deliver tooling for CPMs to view client exposure, signals, and conversations for timely
• Frame experiments and measurement to improve conversion, policy adoption, and client outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Must-have: 4+ years product management with end-to-end conversion/adoption/engagement ownership.
• Strong analytics and experimentation skills (funnel, cohort, retention, A/B testing).
• Experience designing lifecycle journeys or triggered workflows and the messaging that carries them.
• Fluent English (daily collaboration with global stakeholders).
