Senior GenAI Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain production-ready Generative AI and Agentic AI applications.
• Build customizable AI agent solutions using LangChain, DeepAgents, Strands AI, or similar
• Develop scalable Python-based tooling and backend workflows.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines with external knowledge integrations.
• Create secure execution environments with permissions, secrets handling, network restrictions, and
• Design MCP tooling with authentication, schema management, versioning, retries, and secure

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced or fluent English (C1+).
• Experience with international clients and distributed global teams.
• Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and agent-based architectures.
• Strong programming skills in Python and software engineering best practices.
• Experience designing secure, scalable, production-grade AI systems.
• Understanding of AI model evaluation, deployment, observability, and reliability.
