Senior Geospatial Machine Learning Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and improve ML solutions leveraging geospatial data for environmental intelligence
• Develop geospatial intelligence products using Python-based libraries, ML, and DL techniques.
• Improve existing solutions via data exploration, model optimization, debugging, and performance
• Work with satellite and aerial imagery, raster/vector datasets, and geospatial workflows.
• Lead technical projects from planning to delivery and stakeholder communication.
• Build tools to evaluate model performance, product impact, and data-driven prioritization.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years in ML engineering, geospatial engineering, remote sensing, or related field.
• Strong Python with geospatial libraries: GDAL, Rasterio, Shapely, Fiona, GeoPandas.
• Experience with NumPy, SciPy, scikit-learn, Pandas.
• Practical DL experience using PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
• Strong understanding of satellite/aerial imagery and geospatial data processing.
• Experience with Dagster or similar workflow orchestration tools.
