Senior Geospatial Machine Learning Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and improve ML solutions using geospatial data for environmental intelligence.
• Develop new geospatial products using Python geospatial libs, ML, and DL.
• Improve existing solutions via data exploration, model optimization, debugging, and performance.
• Work with satellite/aerial imagery, raster/vector data, and geospatial workflows.
• Lead technical projects from planning to delivery and stakeholder communication.
• Build tools to evaluate model performance, product impact, and data-driven prioritization.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in ML engineering, geospatial engineering, remote sensing, or related
• Strong Python with geospatial libraries: GDAL, Rasterio, Shapely, Fiona, GeoPandas.
• Experience with NumPy, SciPy, scikit-learn, and Pandas.
• Deep learning experience using PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
• Understanding of satellite/aerial imagery and geospatial raster/vector data processing.
• Experience with Dagster or similar workflow orchestration.
