Senior GL Accountant

📋 Description

• Lead holding-level accounting activities, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes.
• Prepare and review statutory financial statements and supporting documentation for holding entities.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory accounting and Dutch reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with Controlling to guide external auditors, advisors, and service providers through
• Analyze complex accounting matters and align policies across holding entities.
• Prepare reconciliations, journals, balance sheet reviews, and closing documentation for holding

🎯 Requirements

• Deep knowledge of general ledger accounting, holding structures, and statutory reporting.
• Strong understanding of Dutch statutory compliance and accounting principles.
• Experience preparing or coordinating statutory financial statements for legal entities in an
• ERP experience (NetSuite) and ability to manage complex spreadsheet analyses.
• Fluent English communication for global collaboration.
