Senior Global Affiliate Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and grow Luxury Escapes’ affiliate and partnership channel across APAC, Europe and the US.
• Own strategy, growth and optimisation of our global affiliate program to drive traffic, customer
• Work with a mix of partners from publishers and content platforms to influencers and emerging
• Identify, onboard high‑value affiliate opportunities and manage performance across international
• Define strategic direction of affiliate channel and explore new opportunities across platforms.
• Collaborate with sales, commercial and marketing to align partnerships with customer demand and

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships or performance marketing with multi‑market
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Highly analytical with ability to translate data into actions.
• Comfort with affiliate tracking, pixels, basic HTML and campaign delivery.
• Familiarity with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Similarweb or similar tools.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment with excellent communication.
