Senior Global Benefits Manager

📋 Description

• Own benefits programs across multiple countries and regions.
• Lead ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives such as country launches and M&A integrations.
• Manage vendor relationships, renewals, and cost/service commitments.
• Provide guidance on benefits compliance (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, GDPR, and international
• Analyze cost/utilization data and present recommendations to leadership.
• Develop benefits education and self-service resources for employees.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading cross-functional, ambiguous projects independently.
• Working knowledge of benefits and employment compliance frameworks (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, GDPR).
• Experience managing vendors, brokers, or carriers and negotiating renewals.
• Ability to turn data into actionable recommendations; strong communication skills.
• Willingness to adopt AI/tools to speed up reporting and support.
• Degree in HR, business, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
