Senior Global MES Engineer (all genders) - permanent, fulltime

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and optimize MES solutions across AbbVie’s network
• Lead design, configuration, integration, and testing of MES apps
• Develop MES best practices, SOPs, and playbooks
• Lead Communities of Practice and standardization efforts
• Mentor MES engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Support adoption of new MES tech and digital transformation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Eng, Science, IT, or related
• 3+ years MES experience in pharma/manufacturing
• understanding of digital manufacturing, MES operation, IT/OT integration
• Experience in multi-site/global environments, process improvement
• Knowledge of cGMP, pharma regs, quality compliance
• MES platforms experience, preferably POMS Aquila
