Senior Global MES Engineer (all genders) - permanent, fulltime

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and optimize MES across AbbVie’s global manufacturing network.
• Lead technical design, configuration, integration, and testing of MES apps.
• Develop and maintain MES best practices, SOPs, and playbooks.
• Lead Communities of Practice and standardization efforts.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to MES engineers.
• Support adoption of new MES tech and digital transformation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Eng, Science, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years MES experience in pharma or regulated settings.
• Understanding of digital manufacturing concepts and IT/OT integration.
• Experience with process improvement, system analysis, docs in multi-site/global envs.
• Collaborative, good communication across business and tech teams.
• Working knowledge of cGMP and pharma regulatory standards.
