📋 Description

• Own senior/higher hiring across EMEA, LATAM, NA; partner with leaders.
• Define role requirements and assessment approaches with managers.
• Build proactive, global talent pipelines and optimize sourcing beyond inbound.
• End-to-end candidate experience, clear communication, professional hiring journey.
• Manage recruiting operations via Ashby or equivalent ATS; data hygiene and reporting.
• Leverage AI tools to improve sourcing, interviewing, and productivity.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience recruiting senior talent as in-house recruiter in high-growth tech or SaaS.
• Experience in VC-backed, globally distributed tech company or scale-up.
• Strong recruiting across Operations, Finance, Legal & Compliance; hiring senior Product talent
• Proven multi-region recruiting across EMEA and Americas; understand compensation, notice periods
• Ability to manage complete lifecycle without dedicated sourcing support; independent ownership.
• Strong ATS experience, pipeline management, data quality, process optimization (Ashby or similar).
