Senior Global Recruiter

📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruitment for senior-level roles globally across multiple functions.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to shape role requirements and assessment
• Develop recruiting strategies across EMEA, LATAM, and North America, adapting to local markets.
• Build proactive talent pipelines via market mapping, outreach, referrals, and other channels.
• Manage end-to-end candidate experience with clear communication and professionalism.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience recruiting senior talent in-house, preferably in tech/SaaS.
• Experience in VC-backed, globally distributed tech companies or scale-ups.
• Strong expertise across Operations, Finance, Legal & Compliance; senior Product hiring a plus.
• Multi-region recruiting experience in EMEA and the Americas; understand compensation and market
• Independent management of full recruitment lifecycle without dedicated sourcing support.
• Strong ATS experience (Ashby or similar), pipeline management and data quality.
