📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruitment for experienced and senior-level positions across Operations, Finance
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define role requirements and assessment
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies across EMEA, LATAM, and North America, adapting sourcing
• Build proactive talent pipelines through market mapping, direct outreach, communities, referrals
• Own the end-to-end candidate experience with clear communication and professionalism throughout the

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience recruiting senior-level talent as an in-house senior recruiter in a
• Proven experience in a VC-backed, globally distributed technology company or scale-up.
• Strong recruiting across Operations, Finance, and Legal & Compliance; product hiring a plus.
• Demonstrated multi-region recruiting across EMEA and the Americas with market-aware compensation
• Independently manage full lifecycle without dedicated sourcing or coordination support.
• Strong ATS expertise, including Ashby or similar platform.
