Senior Global Service Associate - Tax & Accounting

📋 Description

• Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of accounting and tax
• Monitor and manage accounting and tax compliance requirements for clients, including tax and
• Coordinate with internal teams and local providers to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and providers to provide proactive, customized
• Support development and implementation of new services and processes to improve client experience.
• Maintain client records and ensure documentation is up to date using systems like Salesforce

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Accounting and Tax in a customer-facing service role.
• CPA is a plus.
• Experience with IFRS and US GAAP.
• Experience with market accounting systems (Netsuite, Xero, SAGE Intacct, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Understanding of bookkeeping, AP/AR, reporting, and consolidation across multiple jurisdictions.
