Own reliability, performance, and scalability as traffic grows.
Develop asynchronous processing for data-intensive workloads with queues/streams.
Enhance observability with Datadog: logs, metrics, traces, health signals.
Build and maintain shared Go packages with versioning/documentation.
Debug production issues and participate in on-call responsibilities.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years software engineering; 5+ years in production Go services.
Go concurrency mastery; scale real-world workloads.
Distributed systems with timeouts, retries, idempotency.
Horizontally scalable services; fast startup and graceful shutdown.
Performance mindset; measure latency/throughput; profiling.
Strong SQL/relational DB skills; read query plans.
