Senior Go Engineer - AI Code Evaluation (Codex / Claude Code, up to $200/hr)

📋 Description

• Evaluate AI coding interactions end-to-end
• Judge usefulness, correctness, and engineering judgment
• Assess explanations and reasoning quality
• Distinguish response quality levels
• Provide clear, opinionated feedback
• Help define what great looks like with AI tools

🎯 Requirements

• Staff / Principal-level engineer (or equivalent)
• Strong background in TS/JS or Python
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Cursor
• Deep familiarity with AI-assisted dev workflows
• Ability to evaluate code without full execution
• Comfort giving direct, opinionated feedback
