Senior GRC Engineer

📋 Description

• Position focuses on governance, risk management, and engineering for cybersecurity programs.
• Strengthen security posture by applying GRC principles across system lifecycles.
• Lead RMF activities: system categorization, controls, assessments, authorization, continuous
• Develop security documentation, policies, and artifacts aligned with objectives.
• Support ATO processes, remediation, and POA&Ms tracking.
• Provide security risk briefings to leadership for informed decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Cybersecurity or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in cybersecurity, governance, risk management, or security engineering.
• 3+ years supporting ISSO in federal environments.
• Experience managing security authorizations, ATOs, POA&Ms, and executive risk reporting.
• Strong knowledge of RMF, NIST CSF, and cybersecurity documentation.
• Experience with FedRAMP, cloud models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), and
