📋 Description

• Lead and provide day-to-day leadership to a group of technicians on construction and installation
• Coordinate project activities, resources, and workforce to keep delivery on track.
• Provide project management support, aligning schedules with project objectives.
• Develop resource plans and address capacity challenges across programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience supervising technical teams, preferably in FAA-related programs.
• Strong understanding of construction/installation means, methods, and project execution.
• Experience supporting project management activities, including scheduling and resource coordination.
• Ability to develop resource plans, identify capacity challenges, and prioritize requirements.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with technicians, project teams, stakeholders, and government customers.
