📋 Description

• Develop and execute OKX’s retail growth strategy for Brazil, aligning local priorities with the
• Build and scale growth initiatives across channels, partnerships, product-led programs, community
• Lead relationships with influencers and KOLs, from selection and negotiation to campaign execution
• Support local PR efforts, working with global teams and external agencies to boost brand visibility.
• Own strategy and execution of events, sponsorships, and offline activations for awareness and user
• Define KPIs, analyze performance, and translate data into actionable insights that drive results.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Marketing/Growth in fast-paced industry.
• Strong familiarity with AI tools and applying them to analysis, experimentation, personalization
• Data-driven and results-oriented mindset; proven ability to turn insights into growth.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership, adaptability, and bias toward action.
• Excellent organization and project-management capabilities.
