Act as primary contact for clients, ensuring timely, accurate accounting and tax services.
Monitor and manage accounting and tax compliance for clients, including filings.
Provide guidance on accounting and tax best practices.
Coordinate with internal teams and providers to ensure timely delivery.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and providers for proactive solutions.
Support development of new services and processes to improve client experience.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of accounting and tax in customer-facing delivery.
CPA certification a plus.
IFRS and US GAAP experience.
Experience with NetSuite, Xero, SAGE Intacct, QuickBooks.
Understanding of bookkeeping, AP/AR, reporting, consolidation.
Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
