  • Build and execute institutional GTM strategy from scratch
  • Originate, negotiate, and close large allocations from hedge funds and banks
  • Own the full partnership lifecycle from outreach to onboarding
  • Translate institutional requirements into product, legal, and liquidity solutions
  • Collaborate with product, risk, and investment teams on bespoke offerings
  • Represent the protocol at conferences and industry forums

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5โ€“10+ years in institutional sales/BD in fintech, crypto, or fixed-income
  • Warm relationships with decision-makers at hedge funds, credit funds, banks
  • Knowledge of tokenized real-world assets, private credit, DeFi yields
  • Proven track record closing $50Mโ€“$500M+ deals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Mandarin/Cantonese fluency strongly preferred; remote-friendly NA/APAC
