Senior GTM Partner Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Own the enterprise systems end-to-end for the GTM stack, from business process understanding to
• Deliver, maintain platform health, and ensure code quality across the GTM stack and partner portal
• Collaborate with Product Owner and Architect to size work and ensure stories are ready for sprint
• Mentor junior developers through code reviews and engineering standards.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate engineering workflows and automate repetitive tasks.
• Triagize and resolve high-impact platform and data issues with clear communication to stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in Salesforce development: Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and integrations.
• Experience maintaining integrations between Salesforce and GTM systems, especially partner portal
• Strong emphasis on data flows, access governance, security, and reliable data exchange.
• Delivery ownership from planning to deployment with best practices (DRY, SOLID, KISS) and PR
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for onboarding, client or partner work, and events.

🎁 Benefits

• Base Pay Range for US Locations: $116,000 — $174,000 USD
