Senior GTM Systems Engineer (Salesforce)

📋 Description

• Evolve and harden Salesforce org; reduce debt and strengthen data model.
• Own Salesforce end-to-end: automation, Apex, Flows, integrations.
• Use agentic tools like Claude Code to design GTM workflows.
• Automate GTM stack: CRM, enrichment, outreach, CPQ/billing, analytics.
• Strengthen data models, validation, and integrations for reliable pipeline data.
• Translate ambiguous problems into clean, documented systems; align with Revenue Ops.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on Salesforce developer/administrator experience (Apex, Flows, data modeling, integrations).
• Proven track record scaling/re-architecting a complex Salesforce org.
• Proficiency with agentic coding tools (Claude Code) and AI-driven workflows.
• Broad GTM stack expertise; strong revenue tooling integration.
• Comfort with ambiguity; able to bring structure in a hyper-growth startup.
• Strong written and verbal communication; explain complex systems to GTM and tech leaders.
