Senior Hardware Product Manager

📋 Description

• Own and execute the multi-year Telematics hardware platform roadmap — gateways, sensors, cabling
• Interface directly with operational executives at customers/prospects; join sales on strategic
• Carry commercial ownership for the hardware portfolio: revenue growth, attach rates, cost and
• Align Sales, Marketing/GTM, Finance, Operations, and Engineering around a single hardware strategy
• Drive field validation, sales readiness, and product launch activities with Marketing, Engineering
• Mentor early-career PMs and champion Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in a product management role with enterprise-grade, cloud-connected hardware
• BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or similar technical field
• History of launching commercially successful enterprise IT and/or IoT hardware products
• Experience managing commercial product lines at scale; $100M+ revenue
• Excellent business acumen to navigate feature, cost, development risk, and performance tradeoffs
• Ability to align Sales, Marketing/GTM, Finance, Operations, and Engineering around a roadmap
