🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of technical & hardware recruitment in fast-paced environments, including niche roles
• Ideally 1+ year in-house recruitment experience
• Strong sourcing skills, experience with Boolean search
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Exceptional organizational skills and detail-oriented
• You communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders
