Senior Hardware Test Engineer - Automation & Product Quality

📋 Description

• Own and execute the test automation strategy and infrastructure (Python/TestStand).
• Design, build, and run environmental, reliability, and validation tests (HALT/UV/tumble).
• End-to-end tests: interpret requirements, write plans, execute, and analyze.
• Identify gaps in requirements or test coverage; propose new methods.
• Build bespoke test rigs, fixtures, instrumentation, and automation.
• Maintain calibration, DAQ, RF systems, and other test infra.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant hardware test engineering experience in high-reliability environments (IoT, rugged electronics).
• Designed and ran environmental and reliability tests; understands stress science.
• Strong experience building scalable automated test infrastructure.
• Experience with environmental testing, accelerated life testing, HALT/UV/Tumble/Impact.
• Proven ability to design/build bespoke test jigs, fixtures, instrumentation, DAQ, and automation.
• Calibration discipline; precision where it matters; data analysis and automated reporting.
