📋 Description

• Analyze large and complex healthcare datasets, including medical and pharmacy claims, to uncover
• Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations that help business leaders make
• Develop automated dashboards, reports, and visualizations primarily using Looker, reducing reliance
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, identify analytical opportunities, and
• Design and maintain data models that support data integrity, accuracy, consistency, and reliable
• Apply statistical techniques and, where appropriate, machine learning approaches to address complex

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, data management, business intelligence, or a related field
• Hands-on experience analyzing medical and/or pharmacy claims, with familiarity with standard claims
• Strong SQL skills and experience querying, transforming, and managing large datasets.
• Proficiency with data visualization and business intelligence platforms such as Looker, Tableau, or
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, statistical analysis, data visualization, and analytical
