🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR/Business or related; Master/CIPD/SHRM desirable.
5+ years HR experience; 3-4 years in strategic HRBP roles.
Strong P&L, business acumen; data-driven decision making.
Experience with employment law in Germany, France, Poland, UK.
Excellent communication and executive coaching skills.
