Senior HR Business Partner

📋 Description

• Manage the full employee lifecycle for teams across the Americas (US, Canada, LatAm)
• Act as a trusted advisor for GTM leaders
• Support culture engagement and org design to align people with business goals
• Lead and support HR programs that drive growth, retention, and performance
• Run talent and succession planning with senior leadership
• Support headcount planning and people-related costs

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on HR experience at SaaS / tech companies (Business Partner + Regional HR experience preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
• Proven experience supporting Go-To-Market (GTM) employees in Sales, Success, and Marketing organizations
• Strong business understanding with the ability to connect People strategy to company objectives
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all levels
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once
• Comfortable working with tools like Google Workspace and HRIS platforms (TriNet, Bob, etc.)
