📋 Description

  • Hands-on HRBP role building core people processes
  • Own HRIS implementation and configuration (Rippling)
  • Manage performance, career pathing, onboarding/offboarding
  • Oversee benefits, total rewards, and immigration/mobility
  • Partner with managers on performance conversations and HRIS workflows

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years HR/HRBP experience
  • Experience building from scratch at growth-stage company
  • Hands-on HRIS implementation (Rippling or similar)
  • Experience running performance reviews, merit/calibration cycles
  • Experience supporting career pathing and recognition/L&D programs
  • Experience using AI-powered HR tools with compliant data handling
