Senior HR Generalist - LATAM

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end HR generalist functions: onboarding, offboarding, HR administration, and policy
• Lead onboarding program for new hires to ensure a structured, impactful integration
• Identify operational bottlenecks and design improved HR workflows across the employee lifecycle
• Handle day-to-day HR requests and employee relations for remote, distributed teams
• Lead or support HRIS configuration, automation, and HR data governance
• Maintain HR dashboards and provide actionable metrics for leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, ideally in fast-paced startups with
• Strong HR operations skills, onboarding/offboarding, and policy enforcement
• Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Power Automate proficiency; experience building dashboards
• Strong command of Microsoft Office/365 suite
• Bilingual: professional fluency in English (C1); additional Latin American language skills a plus
• Knowledge of labor regulations across Latin America and familiarity with HRIS platforms
