🎯 Requirements

HR Advisor/HRBP experience across the employee lifecycle.
Degree in HR/labour relations or employment law is a plus.
Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance across
Understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and investigations.
Strong written/spoken English; additional languages a plus.
Innovative mindset for automation and AI-enabled processes.
