Senior HR Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations and Transitions - EMEA (HRBP)

📋 Description

• Offboarding and employee relations for Remote’s external employees with focus on legal compliance
• Provide first-level Employee Relations support and guidance on workplace concerns; coordinate
• Contribute to Lifecycle team improvements, automation and product initiatives to enhance customer
• Operate in an asynchronous, remote, international setup across 80+ countries.
• Interact with clients and internal teams to ensure compliant, efficient HR processes.

🎯 Requirements

• HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist lifecycle experience.
• Proven experience handling voluntary and involuntary exits with compliance across jurisdictions.
• Ability to analyze HR issues, research regulations and present practical solutions.
• Understanding of employee relations principles, discipline and investigations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and confidentiality; strong English skills; additional
• Tech-savvy, capable of async collaboration and adapting to new systems; proactive and autonomous in
