🎯 Requirements

HR Advisor/HR Business Partner experience across the employee lifecycle.
Experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance.
Strong interpretation of labor laws, issue analysis, and practical HR solutions.
English proficiency; additional languages a plus.
Proactive, autonomous, and able to work asynchronously in a remote, international team.
