📋 Description

• Offboarding across multiple jurisdictions, focusing on legal compliance and a high-quality client
• Provide first-line Employee Relations support, guiding clients through workplace concerns and
• Collaborate with Lifecycle team to drive process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled

🎯 Requirements

• HR Advisor/HR Business Partner experience with generalist lifecycle exposure.
• Background in managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance across jurisdictions.
• Strong ability to interpret employment laws, analyze HR issues, and communicate recommendations
• Understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and confidentiality.
• Business-level English; other languages a plus.
