Offboarding and ER duties for Remote's global client base across multiple jurisdictions.
Provide first-level Employee Relations support and guide clients on workplace concerns.
Collaborate with Lifecycle team to improve processes and automation.
Ensure legal compliance and help coordinate payroll, legal, and other stakeholders.
Contribute to customer journeys and operational capacity in a fast-paced, async environment.

🎯 Requirements

HR Advisor/HRBP experience with lifecycle exposure.
Strong background in managing voluntary/involuntary exits with legal compliance.
Ability to interpret industrial instruments and analyze complex HR issues.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and confidentiality skills.
Business-level English; other languages a plus; tech-savvy and autonomous.
