📋 Description

• Serve as operational expert on Diia City employment rules and compliance.
• Manage onboarding lifecycle for Ukraine-based employees.
• Own end-to-end contractor-to-employee conversions.
• Manage military reservation processes and wartime obligations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems data.
• Oversee contractor agreements, onboarding records, and renewals.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in HR Operations, People Operations, HR Admin, or Employment Compliance in Ukraine.
• Strong knowledge of Ukrainian labour law and Diia City frameworks.
• Experience managing employment documentation, contractor arrangements, and HR compliance.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced regulatory environment.
• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficient in English, written and spoken.
