📋 Description

• Offboarding and ER for Remote's external employees
• Navigate multiple jurisdictions with focus on compliance
• Drive process improvements in lifecycle programs
• Support clients with workplace concerns and resources
• Collaborate across HR and Legal to ensure accurate records
• Work in an asynchronous, global team

🎯 Requirements

• HR Advisor/HRBP experience across employee lifecycle
• Experience with voluntary/involuntary exits and legal compliance
• Understanding of ER principles and investigations
• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict management
• English proficiency; additional languages a plus
• Tech-savvy; able to work asynchronously
