• Senior Lifecycle Specialist focused on Employee Relations & Transitions, with end-to-end

🎯 Requirements

• HR Advisor/HRBP experience with generalist HR across the employee lifecycle.
• Strong background managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance across
• Understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace
• Ability to interpret industrial instruments, analyze complex HR issues, and provide practical
• Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills; ability to lead
• Business-level English; additional languages a plus. Tech-savvy and able to collaborate
