Senior HR Specialist, Employee Relations - APAC

📋 Description

• Offboarding across multiple jurisdictions with legal compliance focus
• Guide clients on terminations, resignations, transfers and related HR matters
• Lead meetings with clients and external employees on separations and settlements
• Coordinate stakeholders to ensure compliant offboarding and audits
• Provide HR guidance on employee relations and escalation handling
• Drive process improvements and AI/automation in lifecycle processes

🎯 Requirements

• HR Advisor or HRBP experience across the employee lifecycle
• Strong background in managing exits with compliance
• Knowledge of employee relations principles and investigations
• Ability to interpret industrial instruments and complex HR issues
• Excellent communication, negotiation and confidentiality
• English proficiency; other languages a plus
