Senior Human Factors Engineer - Ion

📋 Description

• Lead user-centered design research across Agile teams for Intuitive Ion products.
• Conduct usability testing and analyze use environments with end-users.
• Translate insights into usability requirements and design recommendations.
• Collaborate across design, engineering, regulatory, and product teams.
• Mentor junior engineers in usability methods and best practices.
• Represent HF activities on core project teams and track field findings.

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Human Factors/Engineering or related field; MS preferred; 8+ years experience.
• Meds device/regulator environment experience valued; travel up to 25%.
• Experience with Qualtrics; ability to analyze qualitative/quantitative data (NVivo, SPSS, etc.).
• Strong writing, communication, and cross-group collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally/domestically.
