Senior Human Resources Business Partner, EMEA

📋 Description

• Own and execute Klaviyo HRBP playbook for EMEA.
• Partner with UK, Ireland, France, Germany, and wider EMEA leaders.
• Coach leaders and employees on objectives, culture, and development.
• Advise on employment law across multiple EMEA jurisdictions.
• Navigate employee relations and works council considerations.
• Collaborate with DEI and People Analytics teams to drive impact.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BSc in HR or related field.
• 7+ years as HRBP with EMEA focus.
• Deep pan-EMEA employment law knowledge (UK, IE, FR, DE).
• Experience with works councils or employee bodies across EMEA.
• Proven ability to coach leaders and managers.
• Strong People Analytics and org design skills.
• HRIS experience (Workday); proficient in Google Suite & MS Office.
• Experience partnering with GTM teams (Sales, CS, Marketing, Partnerships).
