Senior IAM Analyst

📋 Description

• Design, evolve, and maintain IAM architecture per security best practices.
• Develop and manage RBAC models including SoD and role lifecycle.
• Define PAM controls for elevated/high-risk accounts.
• Implement Identity Governance and Administration processes.
• Configure IAM platforms (Okta, Ping Identity, Entra ID).
• Automate provisioning/deprovisioning and identity workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/IS or related field.
• Based in Brazil with English B2+.
• Hands-on IAM platform admin experience (Okta/Ping/Entra ID).
• Strong RBAC, identity governance, and privileged access knowledge.
• Cloud identity management with Azure knowledge preferred.
• Familiar with SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect.
