Senior IAM Architect

📋 Description

• Lead internal IAM architecture, governance, and roadmap for WIAM/CIAM.
• Design, implement, operate, and improve internal identity platforms; ensure security and maintainability.
• Define roles, access models, and map privileges to controls.
• Partner with product teams to evaluate/adopt Ping capabilities.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, HR, Engineering, Product to align IAM with business needs.
• Manage SSO, MFA, provisioning/deprovisioning, access reviews, and exception handling.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in IAM (WIAM/CIAM) design, build, and ops.
• Owned complex IAM platforms from architecture to operations.
• Hands-on with Ping products: PingOne SSO, PingID, PingOne MFA, PingOne Protect, PingFederate.
• Deep expertise in SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM, LDAP, REST.
• Troubleshoot authentication, federation, provisioning across apps and directories.
• Define business-focused roles, permissions, and access models.
• Identity lifecycle knowledge: joiner/mover/leaver, approvals, reviews.
• Independent, proactive, able to drive change in a fast-moving environment.
